EBI     Long-Range Maintenance Program                  The superintendent shall annually develop priority lists outlining long-range maintenance of school property, buildings and grounds.         The superintendent shall present an annual report to the board concerning the district's maintenance priorities. Appropriate estimates, revenue projections, and cost analyses shall be attached to the report.
